Ms. Mounce at Southern Title LLC smoothly and efficiently coordinated all the details involved in transferring real estate from seller to buyer-- the title search, title insurance, buyer/seller required funds calculations, HUD Settlement Form, Deed preparation, funds collection from buyer and disbursement to seller and real estate agents, Deed recording, and perhaps other details I have omitted. During the final closing, Ms. Mounce clearly explained each line of the HUD Settlement Form, assured that signatures from multiple parties were made in the right place on numerous papers, and provided the involved parties with copies of everything. I had to go to the office in person only for the final closing. The rest was handled by phone and email.
My personal experience with these services is limited, so I have little basis for comparison among similar providers. I believe though that the services rendered by Southern Title, LLC in Somerset, and by Ms. Mounce specifically, are deserving of the A ratings I marked above.
