Well I wouldnt go to hearing for the Owner who is Ahmad Qasem Aka: Mario Qasem cause I was not sent a letter to show up to the closed hearing on 6-20-13. Then the same day I was banned from his carlot by the Pulaski County Attorney's Office so I couldnt go make my payments. I filed a lawsuit in Pulaski County District Small Claims Court then was reached by his attorney Dan Thompson on a new agreement but that was a lie also. So I refiled my case in court today 7-29-13. Then by 5 pm his attorney called and said I would Have to pay all the back amount $390.00 plus a late fee $89.00 then $300.00 a month for the next 16 months which I only owe $4,800.00 on the truck. My contract which we sign has no late fee no where in the contract. Our new court date is Sept. 3, 2013. They sent out his repo men on 7-26-13 and they cussed my 14 year old niece out and told me and my family if we stepped in the road they would beat the crap out of us which they didnt. When the cops arrived to my house they didnt have legal paper work to repo the truck with. The repo men also said if they get it back in my name they would wreck the truck so my insurance would have to pay for it.So buyers beware of this America Auto Sales in Somerset Ky. I wouldnt buy another car from them if I knew everything I know now about him and his auto sales company. If you do and read this then its all on you.
