Outside was fairly clean with the exception of one very dirty spot on lower driver door that I could wipe off with a paper towel.
Inside is where I was very disappointed. There were cracker crumbs that were missed from the vacuum. The middle console was not wiped out at all. The back interior windows had finger prints before and the same prints after, the interior windows were not cleaned at all and were supposed to be clean. I called the business number after to report my disappointment and only got a voicemail. I left a message and haven't got a reply.
