Our hot water heater malfunctioned last month, we were completely floored when we returned home to find water in our basement up to our ankles. Thank God for the emergency response from Godby and Godby. I was busy with a shop vac when they got there, within 1 hour of calling. It was nearly 12:00 in the middle of the night but they were very helpful and stayed well into the night to make sure they got as much of the water up as possible before going home for the night. They made sure to disconnect the power downstairs (which we hadnt even thought of in our frantic state!!) They made sure to complete the job from start to finish in a timely manner. We rented (from them) several industrial fans and dehumidifiers before we eventually had to replace the flooring. They tried to save it. They did manage to save our furniture and most of our belongings were saved due to their fast response. Hope i dont have to call them again!! BUT if I do have this disaster in the future I will definitely be a return customer! Thanks Josh!
