It is a small company. They are very nice, very personable.

I would never let them in my house again. It took them three days to put it in. They were under my house for one whole day and didn't bother to tell me that my duct work wasn't connected. I turned my air on and nothing came through the vents. I crawled under the house and it was all hanging down. I called them and they told me it wasn't their problem and it wasn't part of their job. They never came back to fix it. It was a nightmare with them. They told me the unit I purchased was only a year old, and it was 15 years old. The blower they replaced only lasted for three months. They were the worst company to work with. I give them F's all around. They were not professional.

The crew arrived each day at the designated time and proceded to complete the work for the day. They came four days in a row and worked until the job was done.
