Caudill Roofing

He showed up a week late ran around the roof taking measurements then asked for gas money. I gave him 30 bucks for his time and a little bit of caulk. He said he would provide a detailed estimate. Unfortunately he never followed thru. No estimate for weeks then I get a phone call from him that his estimate must have been lost in the mail and he would get a copy to me the next day. Once again weeks pass and no follow thru.
He is a nice guy and his wife is nice but I would not hire him for anything at this point and I will make sure my neighbors know not to waste their time with this character.
Since then I have had other people do a roof estimate and none of them asked for gas money.
I dont believe the other references on Angie's list and suspect their authenticity.

richard and crew stared work on roff on 6/25/2012 as promised. as work continued,,the property was kept clean and at the end of each day ,all tools were put away and area around house was cleaned of any trash. richard and his crew also did additional work ---i.e. installing gutter guards and chimmey cap with no problems. work was completed as scheduled . CAUDILL ROOFING is a major asset to the SOMERSET BUSINESS COMMUNITY.

I decided upon hiring Caudill Roofing after interviewing and getting estimates from four other local roofing companies. The job took a little longer than expected, but only due to several days of inclement weather. Caudill Roofing did meticulous work, very conscientious.
My home in Somerset was originally my grandparent's house. My Mom and Aunt grew up there. During my childhood, it was always considered the "Holiday House." Caudill Roofing owner, Richard Caudill, during his interview, appreciated the importance of this family home. Doing a great job was important to him, because his company was his "family name." He and his crew did an outstanding job.
