Their estimate was fair and they were willing to use either factory or second-market parts to accommodate my insurance. They were late getting it done and they offered to pay for the rental for the extra time AFTER I complained. But all-in-all, I was very pleased with the result.

Replaced timing belt on by Acura. No complaints. Took the car in for a tune up and they said I was way overdue to have this done. A week later my daughters Honda accord had the timing belt blow. Totaled the motor. Mine would have gone next if they hadn't caught it.

My Honda emblem had came unglued from my back windshield on 2002 Honda CRV. I stopped by the Alton Blakley Collision Center to see what it would cost to have it repaired. They fixed free of charge. WOW, what a great way to get repeat customers! If I ever need auto body work I will go there again!

I had a set of tires installed. It took a while but they always do a good job in their service department at AB Honda. Price was more reasonable than other places that we checked.

I would also like to ad that we own a total of 3 Honda's in our family. The guys at Honda keep them all in good shape. And at times I may think the price is a bit steep I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on them!

I arrived for an appointment at Alton Blakley Ford to have my engine light checked. The service managers were available almost immediately and were courteous. I told them exactly what was wrong (I have a code reader that reads the error codes for my car and also there was previous work done at another location that probably caused the engine light to come on) and added other service I wanted done while the car was there. After checking in the car, I waited for a while in the waiting room. I returned to the service area to see if there were any questions and found the mechanics all sitting around talking. Work on my car had not started. I was a little disappointed that the mechanics would sit around and do nothing when a customer was waiting and it was well after the appointment time. If they aren't required to start until later, the appointment should be made later. I was also a little disappointed that the cost for repair was as high as it was considering how little they actually had to do. An oil change and regular service runs $35 other places and the engine light problem was just a loose wire someone had forgotten to tighten. However the work was completed quickly once the workers started on it. I will return to this dealership for Ford specific repairs but not for general repairs.

Bought New car from Alton Blakely Mazda, priced right, salesman very polite, not pushy. Car was just excellant, loved it, until it was in an accident and totalled. I would diffently use Alton Blakely Honda, Ford and Mazda again. No problems at all with them.

Very professional. Completed as promised. Reviewed choices before repairing. Provided loaner car.
