He’s very fair and he’s always available when you need him. He’s very good and I’m very happy with them. I would rate them very good not necessarily excellent. They're good about being here when they said they would be here. You can rely on him. You can always count on him. I spend the last three or four years with them. Their prices are within range of anybody else. Actually they are more reasonable than a lot of heating & air guy.
