I have been blessed because I haven’t had any great expense with the air conditioning or the heating. Sometimes he doesn’t charge me anything, and sometimes he does charge me. He definitely does a good job, and when I call him, he comes. The quality of his work is excellent, the furnace and the air conditioner have been running without any major problem since 1997, and he keeps them going. He is a nice person to talk to, and he is very professional.
