Ridge and his team are consummate professionals. The bid was thorough and competitive, they were less expensive than 2 others and the bid was much more professionally submitted including information on our paint brand, certificates of insurance and it fully outlined the scope of work. They had time on their schedule for interior work and with the immense amount of rain, were able to arrive the day after we accepted the proposal and were finished in 2.5 days. It?s an older property completely painted by the previous homeowner and full of flaws. Runs, hair and chips in the paint were a small sample of the mess the walls and trim were in when they started. Their wall prep was extensive and thorough, I was watching them closely and they met my exacting standards. The finished product was smooth, all of the flaws minimized or remediated completely and we are absolutely thrilled and delighted with the transformation of our new home. We have used a lot of contractors over the years with multiple house builds and other projects. Ridge and his team are, by far, one of the very best we have worked with. Ridge responds in a very timely manner, keeps you updated along the way, shows up when he says he will show up and goes above and beyond the ensure the final product is of the highest quality and that the client is happy. We had his team stain our back deck and they did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, when it was finished, my husband and I discovered we had made a poor color choice and were unhappy with the way it looked. Not Five Star Paintings fault at all but Ridge still worked with us on problem solving different fixes that would give us the outcome we wanted without totally throwing our budget out the window. His team was incredibly quick on showing up and figuring out the actual color we were going for and then repainting the entire deck. We are so happy with the way it turned out. We highly recommend Five Star Painting!
