This job went as wrong as it could go. Lee promised to get our fairly basic job done in 2 weeks with top quality work from his seasoned team of trustworthy workers. In reality, the job is still not completed 3 months in, Lee basically disappeared from the job, and we have fired him because it is such poor quality work we don't even want him to complete it. Much of what he did needs to be redone. He expanded the scope of work without our approval or a change order, tearing things off the house we didn't want removed, then wouldn't replace them. He never seemed to be able to complete anything, but he kept asking for payment all the way along. Lee doesn't have a team at all, his mix-and-match group of workers is whoever he can round up on any given day from who knows where. Some admit they are "still learning," and the low quality of what they do reflects that. Further, after Lee took our job and started it, he took other jobs, pushing ours back to work on those. He didn't show up for weeks at a time -- promising to be there the next day, then never showing. He always had an excuse, but after 10 weeks, excuses look a lot like lies. He even told us he needed to take the day of for the State Fair because he had been working non-stop for weeks! Well, not at our house he wasn't! So much for the excuses. We now have someone else fixing this mess. Beware
