Samantha the office administrator is very knowledgeable, personable and professional and stays on the project. Hector, her husband, has the tablent, skills, and knowledge and is very professional, courteous, friendly, and ensures that the customer if happy; explains as to why the glass shattered; and takes the extra step to correct it so it does not reoccur; prices are REASONABLE and FAIR. Hector arrived on time and left the bathroom clean from his repair. They are very good if there is a need to change the schedule to another time to contact you immediately so that you are not wasting your time at home waiting. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONSUMERS business or personal use them. SPREAD THE WORD to help this young couple grow in their business!!! We need more small businesses like this in terms of HANDY MEN/WOMEN for repairs and renovations and maintenance - ESPECIALLY FOR SENIORS!
