They did such a good job with that all the time. They would be coming within like a half-an-hour after you called. We bought our house and we continued to use them. The price was very reasonable. They come work for us for an hour and the cost be like $100. When they come to my house they always bring my dog a bone.

I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THEY WERE FAST. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY AND THEY DIDN'T MESS AROUND. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND FOUND THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT PROPERLY.

THEY WOULD KEEP COMING OUT AND THE UNIT WOULD CONTINUE TO LEAK FREON. EVERY 3 WEEKS I WOULD BE CALLING THEM TO PUT MORE FREON IN. THEY WOULD SAY IT'S THIS AND THEN IT'S THIS AND THEN IT'S THIS. IN THE PAST YEAR WE SPENT $500 BUT IN THE PAST 2 YEARS WE SPENT A LOT MORE MONEY. IN THE PROCESS THEY ENDED UP REPLACING EVERYTHING. IT WAS THE LAST THING THAT THEY FOUND THAT WAS WHERE THE LEAK WAS AND THAT PARTICULAR PART LEAKED AGAIN WITHIN 9 MONTHS AND IT HAD TO BE REPLACED AGAIN. THEY SAY IT IS A FAULTY PART, BUT I JUST THINK THAT THEY ARE FAULTY.

THEIR SERVICE HAS BEEN OKAY. THEIR EQUIPMENT, I KIND OF HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT BECAUSE WE HAVE HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM THREE TIMES IN THE PAST TEN YEARS. I DON'T KNOW, IT MIGHT BE THE MANUFACTURING THAT'S THE ISSUE, OR IT COULD BE THE REPAIR PEOPLE. I THINK FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND THE PRICE IS PRETTY AVERAGE FOR THAT TYPE OF REPAIR.
