It sounds like a lot for a manufactured home, but if you saw it you would go oh thats why. As soon as you walk in it is like an upscale condo. Its 2300 square feet. It has an indoor and outdoor kitchen. It's fancy. I think they charge a little bit much, but they have been very helpful in assisting us in getting our home. I think they may have charged a little more that they should. But they have made it possible for us to get a home where another company we wouldn't have been able to get it through. So I guess you pay for what you are getting.
