Don't let these people anywhere near your property. They will destroy everything. They showed up unannounced put stain on my devk and would never answer brand or color. Found their stain in 5 gallon kitty litter buckets. My deck is stained in blothes of color . They did in freezing weather than rainstorm next day. They have this red stain all on my siding of house and 3,000 new French doors . They dumped their bucket of stain out in my yard. They broke my gate. They have stain on everything . Huge nightmare . These people are the worse human beings on earth.

I beg you not to use this guy. He literally stained our cedar pillars with oil based stain without even bothering to cover the concrete. You can see he’s ruined it. He then promised to return to clean up his mess. No call. No show. He doesn’t communicate and will show up unannounced, barefoot no less and then make huge promises followed by all sorts of excuses. But in the end, he’s unprofessional, uncommunicative and just looking to make a quick buck. Do not fall for it! I feel like an idiot for giving him a chance.

Charged more than estimate. Said they would refund difference but never showed up.

They did not patch or fill any holes/cracks in the drive per the estimate. The driveway seal job was poor at best. Many streaks and runs. Lasted less than 6 months. I have spent last 10 months hounding them to come and fix and always get a response that it is on the schedule. Stay away from this company.

We had to have them come back again because the sealing did not cover all of the driveway it was all patchy. They never sealed the patio to begin with or the cracks as the contract indicated. They had to fill in the cracks and they never cleaned up where they filled int he cracks and now there are piles of it everywhere. They did a very sloppy job.

On time and on budget.

In September 2012, I was recommended to Eddie Whorbley, Owner of Kentuckiana Pressure Cleaning Service from one of our neighbors who had epoxy done on their garage floor.  He gave me a quote for all the above-mentioned services, which at the time, I thought was reasonable, and I hired his company. The following week, Eddie sent his employee, Sebastian, to do all the work. Sebastian did all work in 4 visits.  After the epoxy had been down approximately 1 month, the paint started coming up along with the flakes.  In November, 2012, I started calling Eddie regarding the epoxy issue in my garage.  To date, I have been calling for 8 months.  No response, no return phone calls, dead silence.  Then I started to notice the sealant basically vanishing before my eyes on my fence and concrete.  Now my garage has places where you can see straight to the concrete, where the paint has completely come up, no sealant on my fence and when it rains, where  the water would bead up on the concrete, it has faded away.  Inferior product was used and didn't even make it past 4 weeks!  Eddie Whorbley will pepper your subdivision with flyers for Kentuckiana Pressure Cleaning Service, give you a "decent price" but buyer beware!  Once he gets your money, if you have an issue, he will not stand beyond his company nor their services.

Sealer only lasted about a year.  Said they would install two coats, which turned out to be two swipes of an air sprayer, not two separate coats.

We have use them many times.  Their work is consistently good.  
Best feature: they are able to stain recently replaced deck boards to match the rest of the deck.  When they are done, the deck looks like new! 

They were very friendly and efficient.  I received estimates of $2000+ for this work and at first I was skeptical at their low estimate, but their work was top notch.  Our deck looks brand new (it's 8 years old) and we got an excellent service for the price.  I will definitely be calling them again.

4/2/07 the company washed 2 decks (they cleaned both decks). On April 4th and 5th they stained in very high winds, leaving plants, objects, siding, bricks, central air conditioner and windows covered with orange oil-based stains. They were on the job at 7:00 pm in evening winds. They attempted to get paid without cleaning up the mess. 4/9/07 on Windsor Place, they cleaned up (the second time" about 7 pm. Eddie claimed to have finished the windows on Tyler Park Way. The company failed to return calls and the stains are still on the windows in both places. The transaction was unsatisfactory, below any industry standard and unprofessional.

Very poor. Workers were independent contractors, arrived to give estimate two weeks after initial call. Arrived unannounced to perform job. Didnt effectively clean spots on patio- or even acknowledge that a cleaner could have been used. Did not return any items on patio to original spot, and didnt clean any doors, windows, tables, chairs that they sprayed dirt onto.

THEY'RE VERY GOOD. I'M HAPPY WITH THE PRICE AND THE QUALITY. I'M HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. THEY CALL THE SAME TIME EVERY YEAR, AND THEY'RE CONSISTENT. THEY GOT IT VERY CLEAN. THESE PEOPLE WERE VERY NEAT. THEY DID EVERYTHING THE WAY I WANTED IT DONE FOR AN EXCELLENT PRICE.
