No work is ever sub-contracted out (unless agreed upon with the customer). The person who gives the estimate will be the person doing the work. One of our main requirements was to preserve as much existing porch space as possible. If we were to mount the railing in the center of the porch support posts, we would have lost a good amount of usable space.
Jeff was very informative about the possible solutions and materials to accomplish what we needed. Soon after deciding on materials he was on site and finished in less than 2 days total.
The final product is amazing and met every requirement we had. Not only is it very sturdy, but it looks great and the stain matched perfectly.
Jeff is very courteous, prompt and very open to answering any questions we had. He left the site spotless. You literally could not tell anyone had been working in the area.
