Cardinal Curbing, LLC

I hired Cardinal Curbing in 2022 to seal our curbing and they did a great job. I contacted them in 2023 to again seal our cubing and after a month of texting back and forth it was scheduled for 8/23/23. I received a call from the owner stating they would not seal the curbing due to them not installing the curbing. This was NEVER an issue last year and was never brought up in the text communication prior to this years appointment. We even met with a lady in 2022 prior to our sealing of the curbing and she never stated anything about not sealing curbing they did not install. Very unprofessional.

Hired them to put landscape curbing in in early October, finally got it done in early November. Within a week, 2 chunks crumbled out of a piece right in front. Kept leaving them messages finally in January someone called me back and said they would come by out when it was above freezing…came out 4/2 and told me looked like someone had stepped on it, told him no one did that I knew of... he was very rude and told me he would fix it for 75-100$ told him to forget it... and that cost him a job that was twice as big as mine because my cousin had seen my and was getting ready to call them until he saw my social media post… they definitely do not stand behind their work and to tell you the truth what they did for me just looks like blacktop and not concrete...

I held back 1 star because the work was delayed almost 3 weeks beyond the projected initial 5 week period. I had to call because they made no calls to notify me of the delays (twice). Once they did start the curbing, it was completed professionally, in just a few hours and it looks amazing.

DONE EVERYTHING HE PROMISED AND MADE SOME GOOD SUGGESTIONS ONLY THING I DISLIKED ; HE WASHED OUT WHEEL BORROWS IN LAWN. HAD TO ADD LOTS OF WATER TO DILUTE MIXTURE SO AS IT DIDN'T HARM LAWN.

I decided on another contractor because Cardinal was 4 to 6 weeks before they could install. Very friendly, and professional people. Thanks!
