Terrible! Caused damage, broke things, charged me for using a credit card and wasted over $650 worth of insulation. Didn't tell me in advance that I would be charged over $100 for using my credit card and that they don't take the time to move insulation. I specifically told him before work was started that I just had insulation done a year and a half ago so to please move it. Didn't tell me they don't do that. So they tore down kitchen ceiling and let all the insulation fall with it. Then they put the insulation with the kitchen ceiling in bags. Worthless! In spare bedroom they were suppose to make a small hole to check if any mold below window. They made a huge hole and tore up floor boards. There was no mold there. Because I was overwhelmed at the time I didn't read the contract. But he definitely could of told me ahead of time since we discussed the insulation. I will never use Home Advisor again and even though my contractor could vouch for all the damage, they sided with the lying crook and never called my contractor. Please tell your subscribers not to use this person. They were horrible.
