Reasonable price and friendly service.

My car broke down in a parking lot. I had it towed to Todd's because a friend recommended them to me. They told me up front that they wouldn't be able to look at it for a few days (they had recently lost one of their mechanics, and it was a holiday weekend). When they checked it out, they had to order a part so I had to wait a little longer to get my car back. The quote was around $140. They called me on Friday morning to let me know that my car was ready. The final price was actually LESS than what they quoted. When was the last time you had that happen? So, even though I had to go without a car for a week, it was well worth it. I look at it this way - if you need your car back in a hurry, you can take it somewhere where they have time to get right on it. But if you want great service (they're busy because they're that good) and reasonable pricing, take it to Todd's.

They are very helpful and quotes are reasonable. Will give you good advice. We ended up getting rid of the car however.

Words cannot describe how wonderful Todd and his staff were! My car broke down on the interstate. I called Todd first thing in the morning, and he said he could look at the car as soon as I had it towed to the shop. He quoted a price (actual repair was less than quote) and phoned me to authorize additional work (cost). They were done with the car the same morning. Very professional!
My catalytic converter was stolen overnight, and the 2 county sheriff departments were arguing about whose jurisdiction the theft was under. Todd made all the calls to the sheriff, and the KY state police. When that didn't work he called his contacts in the sheriff's department until he found someone to assist me.
I was stranded in town because Enterprise was out of rental cars, and my friend, daughter and cat were waiting at a motel in the next town. One of Todd's staff was nice enough to pick me up from Enterprise and drive me 20 miles to Louisville to get a rental car (saved me $60+ on cab fare). They also let my family sit in the air conditioned office with my 17-year-old cat, and borrow desk space to work on paperwork for the insurance company.
Everyone I talked to (cab driver, tow truck driver, online reviews) had nothing but GREAT things to say about Todd's Auto Repair. Todd won some sort of award. I think it was the best/most trusted repair shop in the area for the past 3 years. Very clean shop and they took care not to soil the car's interior.

Overall it was a very GOOD!! I would go back, and will if something else goes wrong, I took the KIA in for preventive maintenance.

Excellent excellent excellent! Todd's services were top of the line. He was honest when I called and made sure I knew exactly what was wrong with the car and the best options for me, not just "here's the bill after we did everything". He understood the financial situation I am in up front, and was very mindful of this throughout the entire time working with him and his crew. And his cost estimations were very accurate, didn't spend a penny more than what he had stated. I've already been back again with my other car for an oil change too. They definitely have me as a dedicated customer for a very very long time, and I would recommend his company to anyone!
