They charged my credit card twice and have the audacity to claim they didn't. After two visits the dryer did not get repaired

I gave them an F because they installed it and a hose broke and it spewed water in my laundry room. They still haven't settled the claim. For punctuality, they got there pretty well. For professionalism, I would give them an F. They said they were going to settle and they haven't. I talked to various levels of management, sent letters and contacted their installation department but so far, I have not been satisfied.

I have used them for about 12 years. They pick up our carpets and take them for cleaning. They also bring them back and put them back properly.
