The provider took three times as long as they said that they would to perform the repairs. The paint job was horrible. The car looked like Jacob's multi-color coat and refused to make it right.

This is not my first experience with Pure Reflections and each time we have had an excellent experience with Rusty Barrett. Rusty was able to remove all the hail damage using PDR instead of doing body and paint work. This process is much less profit for the company but saves the owner a tremendous amount. Rusty always looks out for the customer in working with your insurance company and always does excellent work. If there is any problem at all, Rusty will take care of it promptly. Couldn't be happier with the service and quality work from Pure Reflections.
