How'd it go? Far less than stellar. After the closing, Customer Care is unresponsive. The superintendent is rude, untrustworthy and unprofessional. The one assistant will try to help but meets with a tide of noncooperation on every turn. Expect any issue to go unresolved for months with no end in sight. Don't wait till your year end house call. Start as soon a possible. Such as, the day after you close.
