He generally never had anything finished when he said he would.  I had one bracelet fixed that broke again within a months time.  When I took it back to him he would not fix it under warranty.  He was very argumentative.   I  reluctantly,  finally agreed to pay a small fee to have it fixed again.  When I went to pick it up  he had totally messed it up.  He sodered two links in a diamond tenis bracelet together.  It was the exact problem that he had fixed on it in the first place.      That day,  I also took back a ring that he had replaced a stone in and repaired  prongs.  The prongs were snagging ( not fixed correctly ).  He said I needed to have all prongs replaced...$250.  He even denied that he had charged me to fix prongs and had only replaced the missing diamond.  It even said repair prongs on  my receipt.   After a heated argument,  I finally just took my  jewelry and left.    I will never use this jeweler again and I would not recommend him to anyone.  It was truly a nightmare.
