When I hired Brad Brown Lawn and Landscape Brad stated that he did full landscape and yard work. When I asked to trim and mulch the bushes he stated that he only did that on the off season. I had to hire a second company to do that work. When mowing he used a riding mower and couldn't mow a straight line, it looked very bad. This year I called to start the service but he never started, called or contacted me . After several attempts during the month of March and April he answered and stated that he was not doing service in my part of the city this year so I called another service.

"We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with services provided by our company, I wish we would have been contact at some point through the season to notify us of the problem. We do our best to make our customers happy but we cannot correct problems unless they are brought to our attention. We are a full service landscape and mowing company who uses nothing but the best in equipment. In the spring time we carry an approximate wait time of 3 to 5 weeks on work. We often refer customers to wait until the off season for work we cannot get to in a timely manner. We did receive your payment last week for July 2014. Thanks Brad"

I did get Brad Brown Landscaping off Angie's List. I did use him. I was very pleased with his work; more pleased because he is local. We are going to do more in the spring. It turned out that they had actually done one of my neighbor's yard. When I would walk, I would think that their house is cute and the way they did the landscaping. He actually does their maintenance. With regard to quality, they planted in the fall. If they are still alive in the spring, we are good. With regard to responsiveness, he was excellent.

Excellent. Has also trimmed bushes, hauled off residue and blew off sidewalks and driveway. Haven't received the bill as yet.

Brad came out and did quality work for a reasonable price. He took down a dead willow tree, grounded 6 stumps and cleaned up the brush in our horse field. Very happy with the end result and would hire him again.

My Wife and I purchased a house in Shelbyville. We moved in toward the end of July. Prior to we had been renting a townhouse where the yard was maintained by the Landlord. As such, we had no lawnmower. We hired BGB to mow the yard for a month and to trim the bushes away from the house. Brad came out the same day that I called him to give me an estimate. We shook hands, he came out the following Tuesday, mowed the yard, trimmed the bushes, and took with him all of the scraps. My Wife and I were both very pleased and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing similar services.
