We have had multiple vehicles serviced at Big-O in Shelbyville on several occasions for one thing or another over the years and have ALWAYS been treated well! Kind, quick, quality and always fair prices...it doesn't get any better folks. We're moving out of the area and I hate that I cant take them with us!

I haven't had any dealings with him until my car broke down and I had to take it in. They did some real good job. They did it right away. I took it over there. All I had to do was wait awhile and they fixed it right away.

I love the fact that a worker meets you outside to welcome you when you pull up. We went inside and talked about what we needed. They even accepted a competitor's coupon for the oil change. The worker went to the service department, then came back and explained that the mechanic who is trained on how to do the freon test was out due to a family death and asked if we would mind bringing it back when he came back to work. I appreciate the honesty that the person who was trained and knew how to do the test proficiently was not there instead of doing the job......possibly incorrectly.......and getting the money at that time. They changed the oil in a timely manner and asked about putting on a new air filter since our's needed a replacement. They also provide a free DNA(car inspection) with every oil change. (This is a $20 value which other places will charge you for performing.). It shows you details with samples from your car and gives you a comparison chart for each item.

Last Saturday, the rear tire on my law mower was flat. I loaded it on a trailer, and took it to the Big O. store in Shelbyville. They took the tire off, plugged it, and reinstalled it. When I asked how much I owed, they didn't charge me. I appreciated their service so much, I came back later that morning and bought a set of tires for my car. Their service was fast, friendly and I wish more providers worked as hard as Big O does to build customer loyalty.
