Told me that my electric was just fine after another company had told me to replace, so save me hundreds.
Assured me gas had been turned off to outdoor light that no longer worked.
Replaced broken outdoor pipe and installed a shutoff valve in the basement to avoid freezing in winter.
Told me the parts I needed so they could hang a light fixture.
Told me the type of sinks I need for replacement.

The plumber was very helpful with different scenarios that we could do. He was also helpful with other companies that may do a service they didn't do. He was always on time and very professional.

They did an excellent job.  Their prices were reasonable.

I was not present when the work was done. Was completed to my satisfaction, though the price was more than I was expecting.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, of both the office staff and the guys who came out to do the work.  They explained everything quite fully, and also explained all the options, the pros and cons of both.
Very pleasant and cooperative fellows - at my request the plumber even came back in after the job was finished and paid for and spent another 20 minutes or so trying to level my elderly father's toilet (that was installed incorrectly by the original "plumber") at no extra charge. 
I am very pleased with the experience so far. after searching for a decent plumber and electrician for a while, realizing the idiots that built my house were NOT going to fill that bill- I hope I have found a company that I will feel comfortable doing repeat business with.

They came quickly and completed the work in one afternoon. The work was done professionally. The problem was with the charges. There was no estimate given before the work was done. Insurance paid the bill, but I feel Able Construction greatly overcharged for the work. The charges for parts were acceptable but the labor charge amounted to apx. $400.00 per hour! I called and complained to Ross Web himself and he said they use a book that has standard fees that they use to a**** the charges and there was nothing they could do about the bill. I don't care what kind of book they use, $400.00 an hour is outrageous!

Job was handled well and professionally overall. One quibble would be that the trench was not backfilled evenly; I had to wait for a couple of rains to settle the dirt, then shovel the high spots over to low spots myself. The trench had to curve to skirt the edge of a large septic field, but they did the digging with a large backhoe without damaging any of the lines in the septic field or affecting its operation. They provided a frost proof faucet for the new hose bib without my having to ask for it. An unnecessary S-curve in the shop end of the conduit made it harder to pull my communication lines through, but I was able to do it. They also do electrical work, which I have also found satisfactory on a separate job.

Showed up when he said he would (was able to come before anyone else could). Checked everything out and then installed what I needed, plus some extra things I thought of while he was there.
