King Armor Asphalt

Let me start by saying if it was possible to give zero stars I would. Aaron King is incompetent and dishonest in his business dealings. We had an insurance claim on our driveway because a lightening strike downed a tree that hit our driveway causing extensive damage. We signed an agreement with Aaron to complete the job for approximate $13,500. He required partial payment on initial work and said he would come back in the spring and complete the job. Apparently, he says the asphalt company was shut down for the winter months and could not complete until spring. I paid him $10,500 and he now refuses to come back and complete the work. I called Scotty's to come out an assess what it would take to fix the driveway. They quoted me at $10,900 not just to finish the work but to go back and fix all the things that Aaron did incorrectly. He raised the asphalt so high that excessive rainfall will now leak into the foundation of my house! In addition, Aaron hit outdoor lighting with his machinery and denied that he did it. The light was practically brand new installed just a few weeks before he started the work at our home. Especially after speaking with Scotty's and their detailed explanation of the work that needs to be done I am now convinced that Aaron has no idea what he is doing. He is in over his head and dishonest as well. Even if he called me and said he would come finish the work at no charge I would not accept. Buyer beware. If you have any doubts, look at the pictures.
