One unit works fine but the other unit is the wrong size for area. It will not heat the room. I have had them back out to repair it several times and it still will not heat this area. I am now having to use a different method of heating. I contacted them several times and they always assured me they would look into it and call me back, which never happened. They also installed electric in my shop and put in the wrong plugs. Once they received their money they would not rectify the problems. I have had to pay 2 other people to try to fix the problems but I can not afford to replace the unit that is too small.

They did great work. I've used them before. They have always gotten the job done. They are usually there the same day.

I have no complaints to them. They are very good. I was worried that I might have to pay a lot or get a new equipment. They checked the equipment making sure everything was working and I ended up just only paying the fee because of the missing part. I was very, very happy and glad to know that was the only thing they were going fix. I asked my tenant about this and then they said it was good and had no complaints either.

I would use their services again.

They were the lowest bidder. The guy came out to give me an estimate, talk to me, and explain everything. They came when they said they were going to, and finished when they said they would. One thing I didn't like was that the guys that put the unit in didn't explain some things to me that I needed to know. They left a few things behind, but took most of it with them. They were responsive to taking care of that. The final cost was a bit more than the estimate, but they were still the lowest price.

I know the owner. He used to be our next door neighbor, so it is a personal connection. He is pretty solid. Anytime we have asked him to do anything it has been done fairly and quickly. I trust his workers in my home, which is missing these days. The charge is $160 per year. The price is competitive. They are very punctual and very professional. They wear little booties in the house. It is a service company. There are ups and downs with it, but there is no reason for me to go anywhere else. I would use them in the future again.

These folks were prompt, came when they said they would, completed the work when they said they would. Cost and estimate were within $50. Friendly and helpful folks.
