CRABTREE FURNITURE & APPL CO

A few years ago, I'd bought a stove from another company who said they service their products in my area. In less than a year, it went out two days before Thanksgiving. I called that original company & they said they didn't service my area after all! So I had to do an impulse buy & went to Crabtree & bought a stove. In less than a year it went out too, but they replaced it entirely! Then the lower rack on the new unit wasn't fitting right - and again, they replaced it with no issue. So last year, I went back & purchased a high-efficiency washer & dryer. They installed them. On my forth load, they washer shut down. They sent a service man the next day. He found a part had gone bad, but after seeing how badly it was cleaning my clothes, he recommended another washer that came with a full-warranty for 3 years. He gave me the option to either replace the part on the existing machine or get new machine he recommended - but he left the choice to me. They brought the new style washer & dryer I decided on the next day, removed the other unit - again, no issues. They stand by their products & service & simply do what they say they're going to do. It's just a great older-style store with wonderful quality service that you don't see often these days.
