Do not hire PDQ to do renovations on your home. Perry did not finish renovating our house. As of right now it is March and we have not seen Perry in 3 months. He does not answer are calls and avoids us. When they did show up for work, they worked for maybe 6 hours a day at the most. He has not completed our kitchen counter tops, back splash, and trim. Perryâ s work is shoddy at best. We have caught him in multiple lies regarding the cabinets that we picked and what we actually got. Do not waste your time with them.

I had new hardwood floors installed throughout the house, all new plumbing and fixtures. Roof installed over patio. I am throughly pleased with all the work. When I was unsure of certain decisions, Perry (owner) gave suggestions that made it easy on me, and I couldn't be any happier with the end results.

Perry/ PDQ Home Improvement was originally scheduled to add an additional bathroom to the exterior of our home. After many talks/ conversations, my husband felt that it would be in our best interest to utilize Perry and his company for the continuous discussions of the integrity of the company and the work they have produced. My husband, unexpectedly, passed away before they were on-site to actually begin work (digging footers/ adding a foundation). Upon discussion with Mr. Hawes the day after my husband passed, he seemed sincere and concerned about the situation. At that point in time, he did refund 30% of the money we had already given him to begin the project. Since such, we have made countless attempts to contact Mr. Perry Hawes in regards to being refunded for a project he has still yet to begin to only getting the run-around. We are going on 4 months now and are still owed thousands of dollars. Please do your research prior to hiring PDQ Home Improvement as your contracting services for any remodeling needs in your residence. Definitely consider alternate options as we have been enlightened upon the real integrity of this place of business.

Mr. H. and entire crew were very helpful friendly and polite and they did awesome work. They completed everything in a very timely manner & did their best to keep the cost low. They found other problems we didn't know we had and they fixed that for me. We fully intend to have them back and do more work on our house.

Perry and his crew are true professionals and do quality work at a fair price. Perry kept me informed on every step of progress. PDQ treated me like I was a million dollar client. Perry's word is his bond. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Perry was available for our time frame on a remodel of rental duplex bathroom. We were very pleased with the quality of his work and definitely his time in getting it done. Perry was a complete professional. His work is top notch and always leaving a clean work space at the end of the day. He kept us updated on each aspect of the project. He refinished the hardwood floors bringing them to a finish we didn't think possible. We would have no problem referring Perry to our friends and family. His work ethic is impeccable.

Mr. Hawes did a fantastic job power washing my house and car port. He removed everything from both porches, and then put it all back where it belonged. He also does great carpentering work.

Perry took pride in his work and made sure I was satisfied before he left the job. Always came clean and neat, non- smoker, cleaned up all debris. Gave estimate before starting job and kept to it. Very honest about everything. He did a great job. Thank You

Each project was done above and beyond what I'd expected plus he took care of other little items like loose door knobs, etc. that was not within the scope of his contract. painting and flooring ok - many things damaged and he did not tell me about them and I will have to repair them-took him to long

He is very professional, he did an exceptional job. He is a perfectionist, he paid close attention to detail and went above what I expected. Very talented carpenter and can do anything inside the building. Extremely good at what he does.
