Tim came out to the house and gave us an estimate. A few days later the siding team came and took measurements. Approximately 4-6 days later they started work and finished in about 8 days. There were several days of rain which accounted for the extended work time. During the siding job the gutter team came out and replaced the gutters in about 5 hours. The whole process was painless and all of the workers were professional and courteous in their manner. I would recommend them to anyone who asks as well as hire them for future jobs.

Our 30 year old house is a little under 2000 sq. ft. and two stories. The old cedar siding (which covered about 3/4 of the house, the rest is brick) was weathered and worn, in need of treatment and some panel replacements and the gutter was a little worse for wear. My wife and I decided we wanted to go with the more maintenance free vinyl siding and chose Window and Door Outlet after shopping around for contractors and gathering estimates. Fortunately the siding color we chose (sandy tan) was in stock and they were able to begin 3 days after being hired for the job. On Monday October 17, 2011 the siding crew arrived and began their work. Unfortunately the weather was not very cooperative and the work had to be delayed 3-4 days during the process due to rain, but when they were here they were relentless in their job. My wife and I asked ,several times, why certain things were done the way they had been done and Mike (the lead installer) explained everything to our satisfaction. He even saw to it that the light fixtures and outlets, along with whatever else we had hanging from the house were installed and mounted properly. Mike (as well as the rest of the siding crew) was very professional while at our residence and respectful of what we wanted, stopping their work several times to offer us options on how the siding was installed on certain areas of the house. The new siding and guttering has completely changed the character of this house and my wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the finished product. The gutter crew came in about 2 days before the final touches were put on and finished their job in roughly 5 hours. This crew was no less professional and respectful as the siding crew, and both crews are welcome to work here again. The working relationship and end results will have us using Window and Door Outlet for our window replacements and installation in the (not too distant) future.
