They were in and out quickly, quietly, and cleanly.
My only concern is that they are a little slow on communication. This Spring, they seemed surprised that I called to verify their continued services because they just assumed that things would continue as the same as last year.
Also, we have asked a few times for estimates on our other property but they have not ever called, e-mailed, or written us about providing services there.They do have an online system for billing services and such but I have not goten a chance to check it out.
Overall, I am very pleased with Ward's services and plan to continue using them. I am interested in contracting them for additional lawn services and larger landscaping projects if i can get them to give me estimates.

He kept in contact and the communication was good. He came out and checked with me after the job was done to make sure everything was according to my liking. I would use them again in the future.
