I selected this company from Angie's List based on other reviews. I had another large appliance repairman whom I had used in the past with success, but I was not 100% comfortable with that person. I called the original repairman first but got their voicemail, so I was happy to move on and select someone new.
Rick Greene's phone was answered by a human, a very nice lady who said Logan could be here the next afternoon. I asked their bench charge which turned out to be $39.00, very reasonable and lower than I had paid my former repairman.
Logan came within the timeslot given to me and called before he headed my way as promised. I was curious to know what went wrong, so I remained in the basement with him while he went about diagnosing the problem. We chatted some and he was extremely personable, but did not stop working while we chatted.
He found the issue which was the same part that the former repairman had fixed before. It was the capacitor that the other repairman had replaced which had come loose and needed to be replaced again. Whether the first repairman didn't get it attached quite right or it was just a coincidence is an unknown factor. Logan replaced it with a factory replacement part.
Total time here was about 40 minutes. Since I watched him work, having to remove half a tub of water left in the tub when agitator quit, disassemble the washer, diagnose the problem, fix it, and put everything back together, I was pleasantly surprised at the final total of $99.00.
Called Rick and got same day service! Very prompt and professional. Great experience! Would refer to friends! Keep up the good work Rick!
