Princess Cleaning

Frances came highly recommended.  Once I contacted her she came to give me an estimate.  The estimate was very reasonable and she put me on her schedule to clean my house regularly. 

Frances really does make you feel like a princess - she cleans everything in a short amount of time.  She is very punctual and always has a cheerful disposition.  Twice I have had to reschedule and she reworks her schedule to get me in. 
She makes my life a lot easier since she does all the hard work.  She brings her own equipment but allows me to choose the cleaning supplies I'd like her to use.  I really like the fact that she always lets me know when I need to replenish the supplies.

I would DEFINITELY recommend her.

We agreed on an $85.00 fee per cleaning. She bought the supplies, I reimbursed her. She came without a store receipt. I accepted her hand written fee statement. On the first occasion she did an excellent job, cleaning all the house as agreed. She stayed for 5 hours, but requested additional money, since she stated that she had "worked (her) butt off". I gave her an additional $30.00. On the second occasion, approximately two weeks later, she stayed for 2 hours, did a superficial job. I cancelled our following scheduled appointment mostly because of cost effectiveness.

Frances is a one woman show. She does it all. I spoke with her before we set up a day for her to clean. She gave me a reasonable estimate and the she arrived promptly and did a thorough cleaning job throughout the house. She uses her own supplies but will accommodate you if you'd like certain cleaners used. After the cleaning is completed she calls to check if everything was satisfactory. I'll be using her on a regular basis.
