Simple, quick, easy

It was a great deal! We had a package price my wife found us. Everyone was very professional, and didn't try to upsell me on anything or talk me out of the package. What impressed me the most was the delivery crew. Those two guys were the best professional, top-notch appliance movers I've ever seen. They were very careful with installation and everything else, making sure not to ding anything up and clearing out the old appliances for us. I've used them in the past for other furniture, as well.

I went to Kincaid to shop for furniture for my new home. The salesman was very nice and helpful, and didn't pressure me. He was also very willing to negotiate price. I was making a large purchase and he even factored in my appliance purchase from another store next door, which has the same owner. I got a volume discount on all of it, and they combined the delivery from both stores into one truck. Delivery was fast and professional, but I had to take an afternoon off work because their delivery window was large. I only have a couple minor complaints. 1. Be sure of the color when ordering custom upholstered furniture. The fabric I ordered appears different under showroom lights than it does in daylight, and Kincaid won't accept returns for custom furniture. 2. After I bought the leather sofa, they left it on the showroom floor for several days before moving into storage. During that time, it may have been damaged by other customers (I noticed a small scratch on it after delivery that I didn't see before).
