The reason why I hired a professional landscaper to do the job is because 2/3 of my lawn has a very steep grade (more than 15 degrees and some areas up to 30 degrees). This requires a commercial riding lawn mower that I cannot afford buying. The landscaper seems to care less about the finish look of the work. Things are done half way. One of the mowers chopped one of my green pop-up drainage emitters. I asked for it to be repaired. I kept reminding him for more than 5 months. He says he will take care of it, but never did. He never returns phone calls. Also, I tried to hire him to stain my deck. He made me buy the stain, but he never managed to find a painter and schedule a day to do the job. This has been a terrible experience.
