Gretchen Roach, owner of Kitchen Interiors, LLC was a pleasure to work with on our project. We interviewed several custom kitchen designers and contractors, and we are very glad that we picked Gretchen. She is very friendly and professional, and she is truly talented at examining a room and suggesting new arrangements. She listened to our ideas, questions, and concerns, and helped us work through several versions of the plan before we committed and the work began. We were excited by the variety of features that her cabinets offer, and she had lots of ideas for different countertop options. We chose quartz counters on the perimeter of the kitchen, and a beautiful black walnut wood top for the island, which is the highlight of the kitchen. She aided us over several meetings to figure out coordinating colors throughout the kitchen and the connecting rooms so everything flows properly. Gretchen's installers/work crew did a great job putting the cabinets in. They were professional, courteous, and quick. We needed a few cabinet adjustments and paint touch-ups after the entire kitchen was done, and they took care of it without question. Gretchen also worked seamlessly with our contractor who was handling additional work on the house; they made sure that steps happened in the correct order (flooring, plumbing. electrical, drywall, cabinetry, etc.) Kitchen Interiors was not the least expensive of the bids we considered, but we feel the price was fair and worth the quality of the product and service. We also saw examples of Gretchen's other projects, and it's apparent that she can handle small jobs as well as extravagant custom "dream" kitchens. We would recommend her to everyone that wants a pleasant and exciting kitchen remodel experience. We feel like we are living in a new house!
