Interior Painting
The cost of the service was for the labor only, supplies were paid separately. I went with the painter's recommendation of Sherwin Williams paint. I chose the colors, but did not to think of the finish of the paint. We had eggshell previously and it cleaned very nicely. The painter chose a flat finish, which has collected marks very easily. Next time I will specify the durability and finish of the paint. His crew was efficient and timely.
I was pleased with the work and the price, some of the trim work needed to be cleaned up, ie, scraping paint from the window panes, there was a door trim that was overlooked and the dust wasn't removed when they finished the spackling from hole repairs. I wish specified that they clean the baseboards where they meet the floors, there was dirt there that was not cleared before they painted.
Overall I was please, but I know what to ask for specifically next time.
