The technician was friendly and did a great job. They were on time, quick, and helpful. They added some kind of coating on the carpet that has been very helpful at minimizing subsequent stains. I will definitely use them again!

They did a wonderful job and were very polite! Nothing to say about do's and don'ts really. Just leave them be and let them do their stuff.
