We are dedicated to serving the community with qualified technicians and reasonable pricing. We currently have a total of 10 employees and have been serving Madison Co. and surrounding areas since 1942. Most jobs are done on a COD basis with payment methods ranging from cash to credit cards. Larger projects are billed or collected on a job by job basis.

They charge from the time they leave the shop until the time they reach back to the shop. They did what was to be done in about 15 minutes.

The work was fine although the repairman was pretty laid back and slow moving. The big problem was when he said he had to drive across town to get another valve. It took him two hours at $80 per hour! The labor to go get the part was more than the part ($131.49 for the part). I wish I had checked Angie's list before I called them.

The entire experience we well, they did their job very well replacing a thermostat for the air conditioner. I can't complain at all about the service, but the price was over the top.
