A & A SANITATION

On the morning of the agreed-upon day (4/11/16) someone was to come out, I got a call from A&A saying that they would not be coming.  When I asked why, the rather-rude lady told me that they didn't feel comfortable d*** that because if something happened to the septic tank, they didn't want to be responsible.  I guess that speaks volumes right there.  Their employees aren't competent to locate a septic tank that they had previously worked on AND THEY APPARENTLY KNOW IT.
I told the lady that this has been scheduled for some time and I asked why she's just now calling 2 hours before the worker is to come out to my home.  She said they "just don't feel comfortable doing this."  She said I should call the health department.  I explained that I already had, but they don't do that.  I was told by the health department to call the septic tank company because they are licensed to do that sort of thing.  I told the lady at A&A that their guys have been here, have taken the lid off the tank and know it's location better than anyone.  She wouldn't budge.
I explained that I would certainly NEVER use A&A again, but I would let everyone I know to avoid the company as well.   ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER.

I called A & A sanitation and they sent Dave out within a few hours. He explained the process to me and gave me some information about how to properly care for our septic system. After emptying the tank, he determined that we had a clogged septic line between the house and the tank but would need to call a plumber to take care of that. I asked him about using enzymes (such as Rid-X) in our system. He sold me a year's supply of a brand that they sell for only $25. It's considerably less expensive than what you can buy in the store. Dave was helpful, courteous and punctual. I will definitely use A & A Sanitation again.
