Home Inspection
Horrible - Didn't Catch Simple Fire Hazard!!!! My builder did not vent our dryer vent. Our Home Inspector Hobert Orton did not catch this simple "new home" inspection item. This was of great concern and a HUGE fire hazard. When I contacted Mr. Orton in November 2016 through a series of emails he agreed to compensate us with a portion of our $400 home inspection fee. However it is now January and we have yet to see a check from QIC Inc. I have been receiving a series of emails saying "Sorry I am out of town. I will cut you a check next week" however that was back in December 2016 and no check and no response from Mr Orton. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
