After 2 messages they finally returned our call saying they were very busy. Explained the trouble with our washing machine and gave details of machine. They were given make and model and told numerous times machine was a front loader. They told us to try unplugging machine and let it sit for a few minutes and try again. They said if this did not work call back. Tried advice and it didn't solve the problem. They agreed to come to the house the next day between 9 and 11 in the morning. Upon arrival the serviceman asked if the washer was a front loader and my wife said yes. He told her they didn't work on front loaders and left without even bothering to look at the machine. Again, they were told numerous times over the phone it was a front loading machine and were given the make and model numbers. No excuse for poor professionalism. If you don't work on that machine say so up front and don't have someone miss work for an useless appointment.
