Real Estate Service
Management has repeatedly failed to remove the snow from the walkways in anything close to a timely manner. Slip and slide and wait for the sun to melt it appears to be their approach to snow removal.
Once the snow is gone then there are the goose dropping that force you into the street if you want to walk in the area
It is so thick you can't step around or over it and if folks have not been around geese they leave some very large deposits
The complex is a major thru fare for folks coming from I assume the Dixie Hwy and headed into the housing area behind the
apts. I have encountered drunks passed out in the middle of the road at 6 am on a Sunday morning - woke him up and he quickly moved on toward Dixie hwy. The Capt Ds restaurant on Dixie hwy that was robbed late Jan or early Feb is easy
walking distance from these apartments
The garages have had the overhead doors pried up and broken into - it took weeks to repair It
took 3 months to replace my smoke detector - first repairman could not figure out the issue and when he left I had to pull the battery out. I called the office informed them as to what I had done and was told a new repairman was being hired and asked if I could wait. After a couple of months I reminded them and the new guy did in fact replace it
For all this I get to pay them $1310/month --- we are moving next month
