Thank you for your interest in Granite Outlet. We specialize in the design, fabrication and installation of kitchen countertops, bathroom vanity tops, table tops, fireplaces and hearths, and many other unique projects. We're open to any other idea you have to install beautiful natural stone in your home. We also have a full line of tile for your total remodeling projects. Granite Outlet is a family owned business. The Granite Girls consist of the Mom (Susan) and two daughters, (Julie and Samantha). The Granite Girls and a nephew (Jacob) focus on customer service and design. We partner with experienced design specialists as well as contractors/builders and cabinet makers. In the fabrication shop we have natural stone artisans. They love the stone and enjoy making a project that you will love for a lifetime. Most of the associates in the shop have ten plus years experience in fabrication and installation. You are personally invited to visit our showroom. We would be honored to help you design your project that will give you a lifetime of performance and beauty. Showroom hours are Monday through Friday 9-4:30 PM, Saturday 9-12:30. Special hours can be arranged by appointment. THINK SILESTONE IS Cheaper! CALL US! This company was contracted by my General Contractor to cut a countertop and install a sink for a bar. My GC apparently gave them the wrong measurements from the start. The countertop came and could not be properly installed due to the measurement being approximately 2" off. The ladies at the Granite Outlet were very sure that my contractor gave them the wrong measurements and would not cut a new piece. This normally would be a problem but they did offer to send out one of their experts and have him make a backsplash by seaming together two pieces of granite and then fitting it in the back where the gap would be. It turned out so well you can't even tell it wasn't supposed to look like that. They did this all free of additional charge and in about 4 hours from the time I called them to being complete (including two trips back to their shop by their expert). Through it all they were very friendly and professional. This company was easily within their rights to charge me and my contractor for additional work but instead they dropped everything and made me the top priority they had that day. Truly an example of excellent customer service!
