Mr. Baker is an excellent HVAC professional. He was very prompt, courteous and helped us get cool air in our house very quickly. He found that our coil had disintegrated and let us know what our options were for repair and even levied the job. Will definitely be adding him as our "HVAC Guy".

I contacted Bob Baker's wife (who takes calls and works as his secretary, so to speak) and described our problems to her. She took details about our issues and said she would have Bob call sometime later that day to set up an appointment to come out. After not hearing from her or Bob for two full days, I decided to call on the third day to confirm that Bob was still available to come out. She apologized and said Bob would be able to make it that afternoon. As promised, Bob arrived later that day but with information on and supplies to address only one of the two problems we were having (it seems his wife didn't convey all the details we had discussed over the phone).
While at the house, Bob and his partner were very professional, thorough, and informative. He was able to explain what the issues were (in language that I was able to understand!), what steps he would take to remedy them (and what steps we could do on our own to save some money), and an estimate for the repairs we decided to wait on. I thought his prices were fair, especially for the quality of work and customer service. We will definitely be calling him to do the further repairs when we've been able to prepare financially for them.
Overall, I would recommend his services.

It went very well! Actually, Bob Barker's heating & air was not the first company I called. I called another company on Angie"s List first because they were closer so I though that they would get to me faster. Nope, that was not the case. I called at 0800, when they opened, and they told me that they would call me back shortly and tell me if they could get to me in the morning or afternoon. After 1 1/2 hours I got nervous, considering my family had been without heat for about 13 hours and it was 7 degrees. Therefore, I called Bob Barker's heating & air they told me they would have someone out within 2 to 3 hours. After about an hour someone called and said they can be at my house in 20 minutes. So they arrived in about 1 hour and 20 minutes from the time I call. He did some troubleshooting and quickly identified the problem. He replace the Hot Surface Ignitor on my furnace and was cleaning up within 30 minutes when the first company I called finally call me back and stated they could get to me in about an hour. Bob Barker's heating & air was prompt and professional. It has been about 10 days since the repair and i have not had any issues with my furnace.

He was on time and courteous, and he came in and assessed the problem. He replaced the fan, and put freon into the unit. My house is now nice and cool. I would recommend him to anyone. He's done work on my house before. What was so amazing about him is that he worked for a day and a half at our church, and once he got everything up and running, he donated his time to the church and didn't charge them a penny.

Called Bob's due to heating/cooling issues in my home.  Responded quickly and was at my home with in two hours of being called.  Quickly diagnosed the issues.  Identifying that the condenser had a warranty and contacted the manufacturer and got it replaced.  And they even worked the install around my vacation.  Bob and his assistant take pride in their work and ensure the customer is completely satisfied.  I would use them 100 out of a 100 times no question.

He did a great job. He answers his phone when I call him. He comes when he says he will. He does quality work. His prices are good. I will use his services again in the future.
