I had been a customer of Ladybug for 9 years and I was always so happy with them. The new owner of this company, Rick has unfortunately run it into the ground. It is not the same company! He was absolutely unprofessional and downright rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Initially hired this company for the initial and quot;spring cleanand quot;. It took the owner Rick too long to get back to me for just a quote. The spring clean went very well and they were very thorough. After that the service went down hill. The attention to detail was severely lacking as well as any communication with the company. Sometimes a text would come letting you know that the girls would be late, but more often that not, you never knew when anyone was going to show up. There were always a lot of excuses as to why communication was bad, he was out of town, email wasn't working, just very disappointing. The girls were nice enough, but the house was less and less clean after only 3 months. Never knew who was going to show up. Finally lost all confidence when started finding my trash in my neighbors yards'. One of the most unprofessional experiences with a business owner I've ever had. Extremely disappointed overall, will never have them back or recommend them to anyone.

They were good enough. We didn't keep them very long because we switched over to a permanent housekeeper. If they ran late on another house, we would be pushed back. If they're early, they'll call to say they'll come early. I'm very much on a schedule. I like everything right on time. They had different people to do the windows but they're in the same company.

Overall favorable experience. Turnaround time for communications could be better. Cleaning crews do a very nice job, are punctual and friendly. Slight premium pricing, but service is better than most providers.

Ladybug did a FABULOUS job cleaning the apartment we moved into that had not had a thorough cleaning in several years. They truly did a FABULOUS job. They come every 2 weeks now for maintenance. The stellar job that they did the first week (which was costly because they charge by the hour) set a high expectation for maintenance that has not been at the same level. The maintenance is excellent, but the attention to all details is missing. Overtime everything gets cleaned, but it would be nice if the details were attended to at every cleaning.

We received several estimates, and Ladybug was competitive. We felt they are very honest and trustworthy. We have not been disappointed,

The windows really shine; they did such a good job. They did an excellent job inside. There was no mess. They were punctual, too. The price was very reasonable.

The owner is Omar Abril. I spend $150 for 2 of them for 3 hours. They bring all of their own equipment and products. They are pretty expensive but I don't know what other cleaners charge.
