+ -1 moreI have used Brett a number of times with flips over the last two yrs. Not only is he super easy to work with but he brings additional value, beyond the contacting, to give advice regarding design and finishes as he also has a background in real estate investing himself personally. Sometimes life can get busy and Brett has always been happy to give me virtual tours of the properties, as progress is being made and to point out if there are ever things we need to address more formally on site. I look forward to many more successful flips with Brett.

Communication is top notch and every step of the way the project is documented and pictures sent over. Being out of state it’s hard to trust people but Brett and his team always put you at ease. I will continue hiring this company for all my roofing and home renovation needs. Highly recommend.
