It was a nightmare. I got yelled at by the owner over the phone when I complained that he only brought one employee in his first day of this kind of work, stranded, alone and with about 10 boxes for packing a full townhouse. Then, more people showed up (the employees themselves were awesome, especially Cody who should have his own company) and he did not provide materials. The boxes that he did bring were dirty inside and obviously from another job. I had to pack almost all of it myself. I had to feed the poor guys because they were stranded and the man would not answer their calls for materials or anything else. Then, he sent his poor employees from Louisville, KY to NY with a rented truck and no money for food, very limited for lodging. Several things were broken and he never did respond for it. And he charged me more than estimate because his guys had to wait driving around NY until I got there. By the way, I had to wait a couple of hours for them because they did not find the place- so I guess I wasn't that late!

These movers are cheap... and you get what you pay for. Several items were damaged. They were not careful in wrapping or moving the items. Woodwork was dented and scratched. At first they agreed to cover the costs of a damaged washing machine, They did nothing for several months. Then they refused, becoming aggressive, using foul language so we dropped the issue. IF YOU USE THEM GET INSURANCE FROM ANOTHER SOURCE. You will need it.
