 + -1 moreThey told us to upgrade on the modem. We haven't noticed any change yet.They are available when needed. The prices keep higher. It freezes at times when watching.

 + -1 moreWe have been using them for eighteen years. They are the only company here. We don't have a choice. There is no charge when you contact them. When you call them they do come out with in 24 hours. We will continue to use them.
Description of Work: We have tv phone and internet service through Suddenlink Communications. They came out six months ago to work on my internet.
